  • Subscription Renewal:Processed automatically at the end of the contract period (generally an annual payment every year).

Delivery Time & Method

As soon as the credit card payment is completed, the license key and usage instructions will be sent to the registered email address. You can start using it immediately.

Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital content (downloadable plugin programs and the license keys to activate them), we cannot accept returns, refunds, or cancellations after payment is complete.

※ Regarding the cancellation of automatic renewal (subscription), you can stop the next billing by completing the prescribed cancellation process (such as operating through the customer portal) by the day before the next renewal date.
